It can be rated M for violence and blood (like halo 3) but not `strong language, use of drugs etc.' What are some open world games and cool games for the 360 that aren't horibly rated?
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.. (Known to most people simply as Oblivion.)

It used to be rated "T" but was upgraded to "M" in May of 06 because of "fantasy blood and gore" (mainly zombies.. blood isn't flying everywhere like Gears of War or anything) and there was a 3rd party "nude" patch only available for the PC version..
As far as ratings? How about a 9.1 to 10 on almost every review done on it?

It stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Call Of Duty 4 and Halo 3.. Only, at least in my opinion, you'll get at least 3x more game play out of it, even though it's only single-player.. ;)
id say games like oblivion or fable are great. they're totally open environment, and allow you to do anyhting you want. very very fun i own both. Plus fable 2 is coming out this fall, so that will add another, better title. What are some open world games and cool games for the 360 that aren't horibly rated?
