What are some cool games and things to make swim lessons more fun?

i am a swim instructor and im trying to make swim lessons a little bit more fun.

I teach kids from 3-13 in different levels.

I have kickboards, noodles, floats, rubber ducks.

At the end of each practice, if they are good, save 10-15 minutes to play games.

Relays are a good idea. Make up some different ones like doggy paddle and they have to bark, side stroke, corkscrew, running in the water...

Make an obstacle course around the pool. Water Polo, Sharks and minnows, Marco Polo, Mother ("Coach") May I?

As part of our workout we would do an Indian swim I think it was called. You have the people in your lane start swimming right after each other really close and slow, then the person in the back has to swim fast and catch up to the front of the line. Then on the way back down the lane, the new person in the back has to catch up to the front of the line. This continues until the person who originally started in the front gets back up there. Only one person goes from the back to front per lap. (If this was confusing you can email me and I can try better)

Hope you like my ideas and have fun at practice! What are some cool games and things to make swim lessons more fun?
theres all kinds of stuff but i think relays are a very good one

split the kids into teams and do all kinds of fun relays like a kick relay with the boards or a team game where your throw in the rubber ducks and they have to gather as many as possible as a team

hope this helpsWhat are some cool games and things to make swim lessons more fun?
i shouldnt tell you this, but i will, this will make it fun for you too

buy a remote control boat, put a 5 dollar note on it, then race it along side of them back and forth at the pace you desire, for sprint or distance ok

im sure you will find the novelty is worth its weight in gold for those younger students, if not money then some kind of voucher or the like that is more socially acceptable as a reward for performance, beats the old beat the clock hey
